The customer must provide complete and accurate vehicle information. Where fitment depends on production date, engine code, equipment, axle, brake system or another technical characteristic, make and model alone may not be sufficient.
Terms for ordering from Spareza
These terms apply to purchases made through the Spareza online store. They explain how orders, payments, delivery, returns and product claims are handled.
Mandatory rights come first. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot legally be waived, including the rights of consumers under Estonian and European Union law.
Who operates Spareza
The Spareza online store is operated by Spareza Oร, an Estonian company. These terms form part of the contract between the seller and the customer for orders placed through this website.
ConsumerA natural person purchasing outside their trade, business or profession.
Business customerA person or entity purchasing for commercial or professional purposes.
Choosing the correct automotive part
Product descriptions, technical data, images, OEM references and vehicle catalogue information are provided to identify products. Images may be illustrative and packaging can change. Manufacturer names, trademarks and OEM numbers are used for identification and compatibility reference; they do not by themselves state that Spareza is an authorised representative of that manufacturer.
A vehicle filter or specialist check assists selection but cannot guarantee fitment when information is missing, inaccurate or when the vehicle has been modified.
Compare the delivered item, article number, dimensions, connectors and other relevant characteristics with the removed part before installation.
Parts requiring specialist tools, programming, calibration or safety-critical work should be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with manufacturer instructions.
How the sales contract is formed
Prices are shown in the selected currency and with the VAT display chosen on the website. The final checkout shows products, delivery, applicable VAT and the total payable amount.
Placing an order is the customer's offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when Spareza confirms acceptance of the order. An automated receipt message may only acknowledge that the order was received.
Product availability and dispatch estimates may depend on warehouses and suppliers. If an item becomes unavailable, Spareza may offer an equivalent alternative, a changed delivery time or cancellation and refund of the affected item.
Spareza may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is an obvious pricing or catalogue error, suspected fraud, a payment failure, an export restriction, unavailable stock or incomplete information required to perform the order. Any captured payment for cancelled goods will be refunded.
The customer must check the order confirmation and promptly report incorrect billing, delivery, vehicle or product information.
Available payment methods
The available methods are displayed at checkout. Card and digital-wallet payments are completed on the connected payment provider's secure page; Spareza does not request card details directly on its store checkout.
Bank transfer and invoice
- Shown only where enabled for the customer account
- The supplied order reference must be used
- Dispatch may wait until payment is received
- Approved payment terms remain subject to their account limit
Payment status
- An order is not paid until successful status is received
- Pending payments should not be duplicated
- Failed or cancelled payments may be attempted again
- Goods remain Spareza's property until fully paid, where legally permitted
Dispatch, delivery and transfer of risk
Available carriers, pickup options, estimated delivery time and cost are shown at checkout for the selected destination. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery appointments unless expressly stated.
An order may be delivered in more than one parcel where products come from different locations. The customer will not be charged an additional delivery fee unless this is agreed before dispatch.
The customer must provide an accessible and accurate address and telephone number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect may be charged where permitted by law.
For a consumer, risk normally passes when the consumer or their nominated recipient receives the goods. If the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by Spareza, risk may pass when the goods are handed to that carrier.
Visible parcel damage or missing packages should be recorded with the carrier and reported to Spareza promptly. This request helps preserve evidence and does not remove mandatory rights.
The statutory 14-day right and Spareza's extension
A consumer may withdraw from an eligible distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period is calculated according to the applicable statutory rule for the final relevant delivery.
The refund includes the price paid and the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for the order. Extra cost of a premium delivery choice is not refunded where the law permits.
The consumer bears the direct return cost unless the item is incorrect, defective, or Spareza agrees otherwise. Do not send goods before receiving the correct return destination.
The consumer may inspect the product as reasonably possible in a shop. Spareza may deduct diminished value caused by handling beyond what was necessary, including installation, contamination, damage or programming.
Eligible unused stock products may be accepted up to 30 days after delivery. They must be complete and in resalable condition. This commercial extension does not restrict the statutory first 14 days.
To: Spareza Oร / Spareza, sales@spareza.com
โI hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods: [product/article]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Order number: [number]. Consumer name and address: [details]. Date: [date].โ
The customer may use this wording, the return form in their account, or any other clear statement communicating the decision to withdraw.Different rules must not be confused
Standard genuine OEM product
- Remains covered by the consumer's statutory withdrawal right
- Supplier refusal does not remove that right
- May be excluded from Spareza's voluntary days 15โ30
- Must be distinguished from a personalised product
Made or personalised for the customer
- A statutory exception may apply when genuinely made to specification
- This may include irreversible VIN coding, cutting or configuration
- The exception is disclosed before the work or order is confirmed
- Merely sourcing a standard catalogue item is not personalisation
No OEM, special-order or personalisation rule removes rights relating to goods supplied incorrectly or goods that do not conform to the contract.
Rights when a product is defective or incorrect
For consumer purchases, Spareza is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the legally applicable two-year period after delivery. A consumer should notify Spareza within two months after discovering the problem. Statutory rights exist independently of any additional manufacturer or commercial warranty.
Report the problem
Provide the order number, article number, vehicle details, description and available photos or diagnostic evidence.
Repair or replacement
The legally appropriate remedy is considered first, taking account of feasibility, proportionality and inconvenience.
Reduction or termination
A price reduction or termination may be available where the statutory conditions are met, including when repair or replacement is impossible or not completed properly.
Damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable use, external impact, modification, ordinary wear or failure to follow instructions is not a product conformity defect. Spareza may request a workshop report, installation invoice, diagnostic data or inspection where relevant to establish the cause.
Commercial purchases
The statutory consumer withdrawal regime does not apply where the customer purchases for business or professional purposes. B2B change-of-mind returns require prior written approval. Genuine OEM, non-stock, special-order, programmed and configured goods are not accepted for a B2B change-of-mind return unless Spareza expressly agrees otherwise.
A business customer must inspect goods promptly after delivery and report visible shortage, transit damage or incorrect supply without undue delay.
To the extent permitted by law, Spareza is responsible only for foreseeable direct loss caused by breach of contract.
For B2B orders and to the extent permitted by law, Spareza is not liable for lost profit, loss of use, downtime or other indirect economic loss.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or injury where applicable.
Neither party is liable for delay caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, natural events, war, sanctions, infrastructure failure or supplier interruption. The affected party must take reasonable steps to limit the effect.
How questions and disputes are handled
Personal data is processed for orders, payments, delivery, customer support, fraud prevention and other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Send a complaint to sales@spareza.com with the order number and the requested resolution. Spareza will provide a written response to a consumer complaint within 15 days.
If a consumer and Spareza cannot resolve the complaint, an eligible consumer may apply to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee. Cross-border EU consumers may also contact their local European Consumer Centre.
These terms and contracts with Spareza are governed by Estonian law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection or jurisdiction rights available under the law applicable to that consumer.
If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Changes to these terms apply to future orders unless mandatory law requires otherwise; an order remains governed by the version accepted when it was placed.
